What this website collects, what we use it for, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site, to book a design visit or to send us a price from another store, we receive what you type: your name, your phone number, your email address if you give one, what you’re planning, any notes, and any store link or price you send.
If you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address the way anyone you contact does.
What we use it for
To call or email you back, to plan and price your project, and to do the work. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Rob the Brit Home Theaters, Inc. and Rob the Brit, LLC, our install crew. The company that hosts this website and delivers form messages to us handles that information for us.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t use advertising cookies or visitor tracking.
A few parts of each page load from other companies: the fonts and icons, and the map on the showroom page, which comes from Google. As with any website, those companies see your device’s internet address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to deal with your request and for our business records.
